Fifth Annual Alumni Happy Hour

All alumni, family and friends are invited to attend

What: Fifth Annual Alumni Happy Hour hosted by the Rocky Mountain Big 12 Alumni Association and the ACC and SEC alumni organizations.

Where: LoDo’s Bar and Grill, located downtown on 20^th and Market Street across from Coors Field.

*Please enter through the south entrance.

When: Saturday, August 14

Time: 3:30 p.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Then it is off to the Rockies game vs. the Milwaukee Brewers at 6:10pm - UT Fans order your tickets with the Box Office separately - the Alumni Association is not organizing the tickets this year).

We will have drink and food specials! The happy hour is a time to brag about your school’s football and rag on others. Please come dressed in your school colors to show your pride.

SEC Picnic!!!

Hey Vols, it's that time again! Show your love and join us at the annual SEC Picnic! By far one of the coolest events in town and one where we traditionally have a strong showing. Bring yourself, your significant other, your family, your friends... bring everyone and wear ORANGE!!!!!

When: Saturday, August 28th, 2010.
Time: noon - 5:00 PM
Where: We've moved for this year to Eisenhower Park, @ Dartmouth & South Colorado Blvd., just south of University Hills Shopping Center, and just East of Wellshire Golf
Cost: $15/person

BBQ Catering: Jim & Nicks will be providing the barbeque
- everyone gets pulled pork, BBQ Chicken, Choice of 2 or 3 from the following:
- Baked beans, potato salad, mac-n-cheese, cole slaw, collard greens, mashed potatoes
- Cheese Biscuits, sweet or unsweetened tea
- Keg beer and soft drinks are included.

There will be a tug-of-war, pinata, yard games, a bunch of people singing Rocky Top (us!), and more.

Please reply to this email and tell us how many adults and how children you will be bringing.
IMPORTANT - If you are having food or drink, you MUST PAY IN ADVANCE. Headcount is extremely important this year. You may also just come hang out if you want. You don't have to pay unless you want beer and food. Let us know if you're coming either way!
