SEC Picnic! Sign Up Now!!!

Hey Vols,  Here is what a lot of you have been waiting for...the picnic.  Check it out!

It's that time of year again. Time for the ultimate goodbye to summer and hello to football season, SEC style!

Have fun with other SEC alumni and friends, right before football season. Come decked out in your orange and white Tennessee gear and show your Volunteer pride! Last year was the biggest picnic ever, let’s do it again this year.

When
The fun will start at noon on August 25. Food service will be~12:30-2:30.

Where

Due to the addition of two schools to our conference, we will be located in Mamie D Eisenhower Park this year, and will be setting up in the area at intersection of Dartmouth and Highline.

  

Why
BBQ, complimentary beer with the purchase of the BBQ (only for those 21+ - We will ID!), and good ol' Southern fun! (Like smacking the LSU mascot piñata, tailgate games, and the music wagon.)

 

BBQ
This year the caterer will be Jim N’ Nicks BBQ. We'll have pork and chicken, 3 sides, bread, dessert, sweet (and unsweet) tea,and water.

Cost
In order to partake in the BBQ and complimentary beer, there is a small cost involved,

$15 per person.  Kids 10 and under are free – but we must have an accurate head count for the children, so, let us know if you are bringing any kids.

DEADLINE

We MUST have your RSVP and payment by 5pm August 10 if you will be partaking of the BBQ and the complimentary beverages. Thank you for your cooperation with this deadline.
