SEC Picnic!!! Register Now!

Tickets to the annual SEC Picnic are now on sale! 
Clear your calendar for Saturday, August 23rd, because it's time again to say the ultimate goodbye to summer and hello to football season, SEC style! Last year was the biggest SEC Picnic ever, with more than 900 SEC fans (and -- 70 of  Tennessee fans) in attendance. Let's try to top that this year.
 
Where:
Mamie D. Eisenhower Park, located at the intersection of Colorado Blvd. and Dartmouth Ave. (The same park as last year.)
 
When:
The fun will start at noon on Saturday, August 23rd. Food service will be from 12:30PM-2:30PM.

The Food:
This year our caterer will be Jim N' Nick's BBQ. Your ticket gets you pork and chicken BBQ, three sides, bread dessert, and tea or water. If you're of legal drinking age, you also get all the complimentary beer you like. Kids ages 10 and under are free, but we have to have an accurate head count for them.

Remember: either way you pay, send me an email at volsindenver@gmail.com to tell me who is coming and how many adults and children.

DEADLINE:

I MUST have your RSVP and payment by August 7--REMEMBER, if you will be partaking of the BBQ and the complimentary beverages. Email us, volsindenver AT gmail.com.  Because of our numbers and our permits, I cannot sell walk-up tickets on the day of the event. Thanks for your cooperation on that. 

If you want to come but don't want the BBQ or the beer, you can come for free. Will you just let me know you are coming so I have a good count.
